I ordered a "free" Emerald Lux starter kit and agreed to pay $4.95 S&H. After trying the product I decided it was not right for me and thought I was out only the S&H. Today I received cartridge refills which I felt I had not order. I called Emerald Lux about this matter and they said I had not read the fine print and had indeed agreed to automatic shipments. Furthermore they are billing me $152.40 which they would not reverse. Judging from the number of similar internet complaints, I am definitely not alone! As a senior citizen on a small fixed income this is an extreme hardship I cannot afford. These scam artists need to be STOPPED! Is there help available to me?
