I ordered Sensa from a television advertisement that states the product is FREE. Once I received the product and decided that I would not be able to take in after reading the information on the package. I did not OPEN it and sent the product back. I was later charged for Sensa that had been shipped back. I feel that this is FRAUD and if the product was sent back unopened and unused, I should not have been charged. No one should be charged for not having a product or refund. Even if the company did not agree to refund my money, they could have contacted me or sent the unused package back to me if they were reputable. I order online and from television advertisements all of the time and don't like being cheated or ignored when a problem arises. Can you please help me with this matter?
