Paid for 10,000g... somebody came online but said I was too far away and that i should re-roll?? They then asked me to go to their livechat service which told me they were out of stock and that it would take 1 hour, then a person came online and said 2 hours.
When I asked for a refund, they said they needed a manager to authorise and that it would take 48 hours! (It should take 2 minutes!)
Their 'company' only has to do 2 things.... deliver gold and refund when they cannot..... and they cant do either. This is a scam
