I have paid for the pair of shoes. Seller did not contact with me since I made a payment and did not respond to my questions. After two weeks of waiting i decided to find an information about this site. I understood that this is a well-known "shower cap scam" and asked PayPal to open a claim. They started a claim for non-reciept of item but seller provided a tracking number of a parcel. Few days later I recieved a shower cap instead of shoes. I provided to PayPal links to reviews about anne-shoes and proofs of recieving of the shower cap and asked about a refund. And PayPal... closed my claim at all! Now I am trying to open a new claim for this transaction but I dont believe in suc?ess.
Be aware of scam of www.anne-shoes.com! Also remember that payment via PayPal doesn't guarantee a safety of transaction.

I was adviced to write a message to PayPal twitter (@AskPayPal). That works! My case has been decided in my favor. -
