I was hunting for a comfortable but stylish pair of shoes to wear when my husband and I take our dream vacation to Italy for our wedding anniversary this summer. I shopped in my local stores but could not find what I wanted. One evening after scouring the internet I found the right pair - navy blue Keds boat shoes - on Kelly-Mall.info. I paid $19.80 via PayPal on 6/9/12. Two weeks later I had still not gotten email confirmation that my order had been received or shipped. PayPal showed that the payment had been made to "xueying xiong." I emailed the seller at [email protected] but did not get a reply. On 7/6/12 I received a manilla envelope in the mail from China. The envelope is small (about 4 x 6 inches) and it feels like it contains something soft and plastic, perhaps a shower cap. It obviously does not contain a pair of shoes. I haven't ordered anything else from any source in the past 2 months.

Now I have read other reports about Kelly-Mall.info, and I can't believe that so many people have been defrauded like this. I'm astounded and dismayed that PayPal is perpetuating the problem by continuing to do business with this "company." I've filed a claim with PayPal but I am not optimistic about getting my money back. I will NOT pay to have this tiny piece of junk mailed back to the seller. I never thought I would say this, but I'm glad I didn't buy more shoes.

  • Same thing happened to me. After two months of waiting for my two pairs of Keds to arrive, I received a small kitchen sponge. Paypal themselves are committing fraud. They have been made well aware of this situation but not only are they continuing to provide theses thieves with a service but they're also taking their cut. Basically, Paypal are making money from people being scammed, it's that simple. I just feel really stupid now for buying from a company I've never heard of without googling them first. I sure wont make that mistake again.
