I have been overcharged on my data with claims that I have been using more data then I have. Every month I find something wrong with my bill and I have to call and sit on the phone for over 30 minutes. I found that my data was changed to 300 mb from 200 mb when I never authorized that changed. I had that problem fixed but then a month later realized the same thing had been done on my other phone line on the same plan. I had issues with At&t for years and I am not sure why they are legally allowed to scam people and over charge them. A rep ID KY661A named Krisha Mriaz Young called and tried to convince me that I had changed my plan to 300 mb.
