I checked last months bank statement and notice this charge. I never make purchases from off the wall websites, especially a .WS site, and I don't buy things regarding auto on the web. I haven't shopped in PA, so it wasn't in person. I am very protective of my personal info and only use the details of banking info if I see HTTPS. I called my bank and made a fraud complaint. They are helping. But still no word on how they got access. Someone has to stop this! $10+ from billions of people is a lot of money for people to be getting away with. When is the law going to step in??
