Complaint 133518 Details

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this site that they had in stock and available online. I ordered from here because they are a pair of expensive glasses that are discontinued. When i recieved my item, they sent the wrong pair. ANd when i emailed them, they continue to say they didnt have the ones i wanted in stock and sent these "more expensive" ones to me in return. I go on to say they should have contacted me or told me so but didnt. now they are refusing to refund me when their website says they will. They refuse to send me a different pair that i asked for in exchange, and refuse refund. I even offered to return these out of my pocket. ALl they keep saying is they will give me a discount on next pair. Why would i order again when they wont fix thier mistake.
