I signed the contract to make repairs to stop water from leaking througt my 2nd floor window.Mr. Chris Smith was the sale person, license#Hl 1031488 who inspected the work and wrote up the contract. the cost for the repairs $2,632.. paid in full. when the first came the water leaks was worst then before the repairs. I called Ms kelly at company at 1-516-593-4848. Two men came out and added caulking around the window during the next rain water leaks were still there. Jamie the sub-contractor who make the repairs with the two other men came re-caulked the window, today I still have the same leak. Ms kelly for over almost two years has refused to correct the problem. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint I was told after two months they could not force the company to correct the problem. Now I need to know is too late to file a complaint.

In response to the above complaint. The windows were re- caulled several times for you as a CURTEOSY. There is NO warranty for caulking as the sun dries it out and we cannot be responsible for that. That is why the BBB did not push the issue. Or perhaps you have a DIFFERENT issue then the window that is causing your leak, and we were not contracted to do other work.
