Charged my Visa for a month's premium after they were asked, in writing, to cancel policy on May 25,2012. When I called (770) 552-7101 (Jennifer), I was told that there was no record of my cancelation request nor that I was an insuree! If I am not insured by them, then why is my credit card being charged? Attempts to get a response resulted in several hours of run around, and no resolution! Please help me stop charges on my Visa! I am a retiree and I cannot afford this scam.
