We ordered a box set off of Animeharu.com, they promised us a 2-6 delivery. It has been 8 weeks, we have tried there Customer Support by messaging and calling them MANY times. Each time there was no answer, we have been sent to Voicemail every time we called them. When we messaged them they promised an answer in about 48 hours, it has been over a week. Our credit card was charged for this item and it is not appreciated the constant Voicemail and no answer's, our package should've been here by now.
