1) A Ray Frazier, representing S & R came to my door offering to cut out dead limbs from the two maple trees in my front yard. He also agreed to trim both trees in selected areas and cable two sections together to prevent one the trees from splitting. He was to fill a hole in one tree to prevent rotting and to treat the trunks of both trees for wood bores which he said would require two spraying treatments a week apart. 2) The dead wood was not removed, both trees were not trimmed as requested, the hole was not filled and the second spay treatment was never done. 3) I managed to contact him personally twice and both times he assured me would arrive at a specified date to finish the work contracted for. He never showed at either time and would not answer my phone messages. After a month of leaving these messages during the month of June I gave up.
