The ad was posted in GoSection8.com about pre-foreclosure homes. I contacted the company. They informed me that in order to check out these homes on the website required a 199.00 fee and if you were unsatisfied with what they had to offer you would be refunded money back guarantee. So I checked out the site. Some of the homes were visible, but a majority of them showed rooftops only. I then strolled down to the terms and conditions which stated that money will be refunded within a 90 day period with at least 5 denial letters from home owners. They did not explain this over the phone in it's entirety. When I called the company back and asked why this was not mentioned as well, he hung up in my face. Now when I call, it goes straight to voicemail. The customer service number is disconnected as well. I must say I feel like a total idiot. For the first time in my life, I've been scammed. Can you please help me in this matter at hand.
