Hi my user name is izzanyah. I made a withdrawl with STP last month and it went well. Since i opened my account i have only used one card. Now Im trying to make another withdrawl and im getting the error messege "card not allowed". Then Im being told to use my card to make a small $5 deposit in order to verify the card. Ive been through this step already. I just want my money. It might not be much but its mine and i need it. Could you please shed some light as to why Im not being allowed to withdraw the money unto my card? Thank you!
