I won an auction for a iPod Shuffle 2 GBNZ$16.32, paid for it by debit visa. They then wanted me to scan a copy of my debit card, back and front, a divers licence or passport and some proof of address. That to me set alarm bells off so I emailed them right back telling them to cancel my account immediately and that I didn't want the product. They then said to me that I've signed up for a membership and that I'll have to pay NZD$54.00 to cancel it and then get a refund of the amount paid, or be charged for a 3 month subscription which I didn't want. I cancelled my card immediately after that as they tried to deduct the NZD$54.00. They emailed me asking me to re-enter my debit card details as my bank had "blocked" them. I didn't want the refund in the end, wanted to get the heck away from them, now they are trying to charge me NZD$119.99 for a monthly subscription. From reading many reviews on this company, they are a total scam and the only way to stop them from debiting your card is to cancel the card and get a new one. They are now bombarding me with emails saying I have an overdue account for the NZD$119.99. Basically, after you have paid for the item, if you don't scan your credit card details etc to them and you say you don't want the membership or item, they'll just deduct from your card anyway. Total rogues!!!
