I was seeking advice from the manufacturer of one of my business equipment and found helpme.com. I was still under the impression I was emailing the manufacturer but was not. I learned after I was build that Helpme.com does not have any dealings with my equipment. I was informed via their instructions that my card information would be on hold until I am completely satisfied with my answer, but was charge without hearing from helpme.com.
Also, they did not provide any way for their customer to contact them except via a mailing address. I found this company to not not have integrity nor or they honest about their service.

- This is Geoff from HelpMe. Danny is correct that in this case we didn't manage to connect him with an expert. He asked his question on a Friday; we refunded his money completely three days later on Monday. Our goal at HelpMe is to get people the best expert answers to their questions. I'm sorry we didn't succeed in that goal this time.
