Daniel White of United States Certified requested a deposit of $600.00 made out to CFLFunding(Certified Loan Fundig) into a Bank of Amerca account 164104427917 routing 026009593 for a loan modificaion procssing. I deposited $600.00 a mony ord in that amount as instructed.
They set me some loa modifications forms and utility records, home insurance declaration page and pay stub fo my wfe and I. but never moved the loan to me lender.
A day later I receied a cll from a Christopher Bailey statin that for $250.00 more they could move my loan modification to the front of the line. I did not send the money at that point I started to question the validity of the company.
I contacted the Attorney General of California. They said tha it was illegal in California foe any loanrocessor to request money up front. i then submitted a formal complaint form to the Attoney of California. i was against US Certified.
At thie time an investigation is in progress against United States Certified.
US Certified has not returned our $600.00 at his time.
