This website offers penny auctions and "free registration". So when I registered they asked for my bank details, thinking that this would be on my account for when I chose to use it. There was no mention in the sign up that they would immediately deduct money from my bank account. I found this out later when I checked my bank account. In the meantime I while checking out how to use the site I noticed that there were 150 bids allocated to use, still not realizing that I had been charged for them. There was no obvious mention that I was buying bids on registration. I thought that because it was advertised as a free registration that these initial bids were free, so I started to use them to see how the bidding process worked. I watched frenzied bidding every 10 secs or so on each item, with some entities placing outrageous amounts of bids on just one item. For an item that finally sold at say $24.95, that amounts to 2,495 bids. If the bids costs anywhere up to a $1 each, that is an enormous amount of revenue for the company. Only one person wins, while money goes down the drain for bidders who are paying rediculous amounts for each bid not to win anything. After using some of my bids in the process I decided to stop as I saw this was potentially a waste of time and money in an effort to compete in this gambling bidding. When I found out that Viaziz had taken money out of my account, I sent an email to complain and ask for my money back, saying that their advertising was misleading by not being blatantly truthful and upfront in that by signing up for free that they would automatically take money from my bank account and allocate bids to me that they charged me for. If I knew that I was going to be charged for signing up I would not have done so. Later when I tried to get back on their website it seems they have removed their address from my server, so I cant even use up the remainder of my bids if I wanted to, having fraudulently taken my money to pay for. This is theft on top of theft, when they wont even let me go back to the website. They have no phone number or live chat, just email and PO Box address. The only way they have responded is by removing access to their website. I will be forwarding a complaint to Australian authorities to have this business investigated and removed for unconscionable, deceptive and misleading behavior. Anyone who signs up beware you are not signing up for free, they automatically take money from your account.
