According to my home inspection Report which was completed at 125 Copperleaf Bay SE. I am missing drip caps, flashing, and other items that should have been included when the home was built.
I had several inspectors and managers from Jayman over to look at the home. They disagreed with me that these items were not necessary and my home was a spec home and was to specification.
But my home inspection report as well as Paul totally disagrees. I have a home inspection report that was completed one month before I took possession of the home on April 27th 2012. It was completed by Paul Liboiron from Insight Home Inspections Ltd. They are located at 3 Tuscarora Point NW in Calgary. 403 807-1807. You can call them and I am giving you permission to view the report that was made by Paul.
