These are the two emails that we received on our application we were asking for $1,500.00 they told us the most they could approve for us was $150.00 so we declined this offer. I checked on our bank account and there was a deposit on Friday June 29th, 2012. We did not sign an agreement for anything. We are in the hole in our account which is why we needed the loan, so when they put the $150.00 in it still left us in the hold so I am not offering you to go in and take it because we are still in the hole. I do not understand why they did this and I am as equally mad they give my information out to other lenders etc.... I will be notifying Montel Williams regarding this issue. I hope it can be resolved without any problems but you will have to contact me because I am telling the bank not to let you pull it out at this moment it was never meant to be in there in the first place.

  • David, it looks like your loan application was sent to multiple Lenders (not uncommon) after you submitted for a loan via Montel's website. Lending company GTI Hldg and Hydra have no affiliation what so ever. They simply 2 lenders that received your loan application. It sounds like HYDRA deposited the $150 into your account. If you did not want that loan I would recommend contacting HYDRA and ask for a Supervisor and explain the situation. Most reputable Lenders I've worked with will acknowledge a deposit error and will debit your account that day to reverse the transaction at no cost to you. If that does not work I would contact Montel's customer service team too. Hope that helps. Good luck!
