After things got tight, I applied for a payday loan on 2 websites: 100 Day Loans and Netloans USA. I was provided with a few lenders and chose one. I received 500 dollars from a company that I applied at afterwards.
The experience was so positive and helpful that I applied at these two sites again, as well as 1 or two others that I cannot recall. I applied on a Friday and did not get one approval. Then I borrowed from a family member and did not check my emails until that Wednesday. I was shocked when I read an email that I had received from Vandelier Group LLC stating that they were depositing two hundred dollars into my account that night unless I emailed them not to. I did email them not to, as I NEVER applied for a loan with this company.
I received a notice afterwords stating that they were sorry but they did not get my email in time to stop the transfer and that they would withdraw the 200 on the next night at midnight and if it could not be retrieved in full that I would have to repay with interest. The next night I only had 198.24 in my account due to an oversight on my part.
I am now seeking council. Maybe there is someone out there that is willing to do some pro-bono work.

The pay down option works by paying the finance charge due plus an increment of $50 towards the principle and for every $50 paid towards the principle, your finance charge will be lowered by $15 on your next due date. You will receive an account summary today explaining these three payment options and you will receive this same email 5 days before each due date, reminding you of your upcoming payment and your options on that date. Please contact our office immediately if you have any questions or if you wish to cancel this loan. If we are not notified within two business days of the receipt of this loan, then the loan will be considered active and you will need to contact our office to make payment arrangements regarding the account. Thank you for your application and we look forward to servicing your account. "

-How immoral a practice is that? I never applied nor accepted a 200 dollar loan from them. Congress needs to regulate the payday loan business. I think I may start writing congressmen in my spare time as well.
