After much searching for some vintage saddle like Keds that seemed to be out of stock everywhere, google took me to Kelly Mall. I bought two pairs of them, each at $22. After a couple of weeks of not receiving any shipping email or my items, I emailed them, with no response. Then emailed again... and again and again. I decided to google the company to see if anyone had made online complaints and here we are. Now reading peoples reports of receiving strange items like hair nets, wrist bands etc instead of their shoes, I now recall about a month ago receiving a tiny kitchen sponge from China and thinking what the hell? It had no company stamp on it or any other reference to Kelly Mall so I didn't even link the two. I have since contacted paypal with no response to getting a refund. After so many complaints of people being stolen from, how on earth can paypal continue to provide them a service?? Paypal are committing fraud by taking their cut on this! It's not a huge amount of money I'm out on but it's the principle of not allowing myself to be screwed over.
