I placed an order for two IPhones on 6/14/12 and paid a total of $632.00. I then received an e-mail from the company stating that customs reviewed the packages and due to international tax rates going up, I needed to pay an additional $300 in order for my package to be sent. I paid the $300.00 as I wasn't going to get a refund for the $632.00 and received an e-mail stating that the truck had flipped over that the phones were on and it would take a week to receive the new product from the manufacturer. They said that they would give me the tracking information yesterday. I never received the tracking information so I contacted the company. I have sent 3 e-mails with no response. Today I contacted customer service via their website and was told that they shipping agency was on vaction until July 12, 2012. This site is a scam and I think they faked their good reviews. My next step is to see what kind of legal action I can take as I have all documentation from dealing with the company. I am not going to sit by and let this company steal my hard earned money. I only went through them because of their price and at the time, there were bad reviews that I could find. Buyers beware. Do not order from this company.

  • I was also scammed! Keep posting all over the net!!! I was scammed for $504!!! Filed with the FBI, Attorney General, US Customs, and a couple of other sites that redirected me from the previous. Just keep complaining so we can get our money back! Let me know what happens and if there is anything you find out that we can do....

  • Here's the problem, I haven't heard back from scambook or anybody I have filed a complaint with. NewlySell told me they would give me a refund but I haven't received any monies back from them and they have quit responding to my e-mails. At this point, I do not feel as if any of the companies I have filed a complaint with and forwarding all my correspondence to care about my problem. Please let me know if you here anything at all! At this point I am ready to find any attorney to get involved, especially since our people don't care to do anything.
