I purchased this product in April of 2010. I returned the product and never received a refund. I call several times and faxed them all the information they requested. The answer I received was " we never got the return". I sent the copy of the postal receipt. Still no answer. They refused to return my money. It is not 2012 and I am still trying to retrieve payment from them. Why is it so hard, to have my money returned to me.
The product did not do as advertised. "Buyer Beware"
Also, the customer service is there is horrible, they are rude.
I do not know what else I can do.
Please help.....
