Ordered a FREE electronic cigarette kit, according to their ad, pay only $4.95 for shipping & handling. Ad was eye catching, colorful, 'FREE' in big letters, supplies limited - great deal. Checked box 'Must be 18+ Terms'..not realizing that wasn't the only catch.
Next thing I knew as of 7-5-12, checking with my bank, the Emerald Lux Co. charged me $114.95. Called them, they said it was MY fault and nothing would be done.

What I think I did was go to emeraldluxecig.net
Pushed the 'Terms' button and a bigger Ad came up,(getemeraldlux.com) so I thought the only terms were you had to be 18 or over.
Hey, I just heard about these and thought it was a brand new thing.:(
