Basically he copied another successful investment program on the internet and lured people into thinking his program(T2MoneyKlub formerly known as JSSTripler2) would be even better and possibly pay for a lifetime. After several people made investments (I believe over 1million was invested into his program) he started making excuses to why payments weren't being made and kept giving everyone the runaround for several months. This obviously kept anyone from thinking scam yet and limited the amount of people who would file disputes in Payza. He pulled the plug at the right time and knew not much could be done about it since he got most people to buy into his lies for so long we could not recover our money back through Payza since the 45 day window was over. Now all we can do is make sure no one invests into any of his programs. He seemed to be at a humble person at the beginning of the program, but then he started acting like a dictator when he knew no one could really do anything to get a refund except through him so most people started to suck up to him and he seems to enjoy it on his forum. He bans anyone that tries to confront him about the situation.
