They sent installers who didn't know what they were doing and with one of the products husband had to do most of it and they didn't have enough material or tools and only worked few hours a day house torn up for 4 days that should have only taken half the amount of time at the most keep putting me off when material has changed and made excuses about when it did what it did and stalling till the guarantee runs out is how is how I feel or seems like. We both work and don't have that much time to takeoff again unless they do it right. And the person who sends out the installers said he did make mistake about sending the wrong person for the job. Would like something done about this. It looks terrible and get ill everytime I look at my floors. I want something done!
