James Weldon Jr. agreed to cut the wood on our property. We have a contract for this. Once we signed the contract, he said he would let us know before he cut the wood. We wanted someone there when he cut. He never called. I checked on the property last week. He stripped the property of trees in a manner not agree upon. I have tried everything to contact him. He will not answer calls. He stole the wood and we want our money.
