I applied for a loan with Mutual Credit Solutions. My loan officer was Michael Brian. He advised me that I received the $10,000 loan but the lender required 6 months upfront and that I Western Union the money. I did exactly as he said. I was contact the next day by Jeffrey Hill and was informed that I was denied the loan and that I would be receiving my money on August 4. I contacted Mr. Hill a week before and he advised me that he never said August 4 but he said August 5. I said ok..but he said the money would be back in my account on August 5. Low and behold no money was in my account on August 5 and I would like my money back. I contact the company and the phone is disconnected.

- that was my loan officer as well, except they got $3200 out of me by the time i wired the money western union. I had to make two transactions to spain and sent the money in euros. I have my paperwork and all. I was told I would get my money the next business day ( and i did all this on a saturday). That following monday i got a call from "Jeffrey Hill" that the loan wouldn't be approved unless they received additional funds to secure the loan. I had to walk away and I was told I would receive my money back on August 20th. Well it's october and where the hell is my money?? I even tried to email "michael brian" today to follow up and his account doesn't exist any more!
