I applied for a loan with loan gogo and was told I would be contacted within the hour. I paid £69.95 so was confident they would call back. I was never called back so called again a week later and asked to be contacted by phone and email as I work nights so not always available during the day. I still had no contact after repeatedly phoning back and am still out of pocket.
