company sent txt 2 write off my c/c if issued b4 2007. They sent forms, I signed, they called req £300 for services based on amount to be written off. No further contact received. Their PPI dept called March, I was told they would have to claim PPI bk 1st. They had no files yet? I called MM on 25th April, informed their Manager - Jo that the card was issued in 2008, which they didn't know! She promised to issue a cheque a.s.a.p,! Since beg of June their phones ring constantly and no one is answers. British Telecom ran a line check - no fault on the line and none reported by MM
