same thing like all other cliens complain the international home rentals in youtube, yelp, and trustlink, this company steal money from people who trust them, they just take advantaged from the nice people who trust them( which are liars, trashes), before you paid the 195 dollars "safety Deposit", they promised they will refund the full amount of money, because the house owner paid the service fee for rent their house, the people come to looking for the house get free services in 90 days, even clents do not happy with any house the company adviced. after i got the address they gave to me at the first day, i found one of the place have peole living in, and they did not give me price about the rental, i called at second day, they faxed me several papers just like trash, none of the place is what i request, they i found out is a fraud, i called for request refound full amount of money, they said they will mail to me in 15 days, i went to their office at the 16th business days after i request for refund, they said just wait another day, i will recevie through mail, than two days after, i got a letter with excused for no refundabel, i went to their office next day, the manager and a red hair female, i really do not want to called them bitches, but their action were really rude and unperfessional, like no educated people, they yelled and scrum to me , and they said they are liars and asked me get our off their office. I REPORT TO THE POLICE DAPERTMENT, el monte CITY HALL, AND BBB. please do not come to their office, they are liars, FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, TRASH, TRASH, TRASH, PLEASE REPORT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
