These people what ethincity they are but call me saying that his name was sheriff Cobbler saying they were taking legal action against me for money i never asked for. They say it was through cash advance USA but i never submitted anything. Whenever I told them lets take legal action the called at least 10 times, the last time i answered and now they want to work out a payment plan. Keep in mind they cant tell me a date when the money was forwarded nor the exact balance that was forwarded I am going to take legal action because this is ridiculous. Can anyone give any tips?
