we signed a contract but the guy who came and did the estimates verbaly told us that they would not cash that check until we said it was a go because we were gonna go to our own bank and see what we could get on an equity loan and he told us repeatedly that they would not cash that check until he heard from me and my husband and i said yes its a go and the sales person is named paul seifert so dont beleave them even when they say that they wont cash your checks til its a go even if you signed the contract and there number is 860 829 5700 or 860 540 3933 or 1 800 360 4400

- I'm Paul Seifert and I'm the guy that came out and told them we would not cash their check and it was my fault the check did get cashed ,I'm very sorry What happened is I didn't put a sticky note on it and when I turned in the paperwork my office just processed it as normal,I made the mistake and hope I could somehow make this good again ,I tried to call this customer(I wont use their name) but they never picked up the phone I also understand if someone tells you something it better be true and I would be mad myself but I would at least give them a chance to fix it,I just ask for forgiveness in this matter I have a very good reputation and have never had anything like this happen before and Castle Windows is returning the $50 bucks and may have already
