I bought a watch for a friend as a gift. The money has gone out of my bank account and I still haven't hared anything from them I have sent numerous emails to them with no reply. The site is uk based. the item cost £59.00 and £13.79 postage and packaging. I haven't got any notification saying that the item has been ship, but on the website they said that I would have email notification saying that my item would be shipped the next working day. On the website it said my item would arrive 4-7 working days after it had been confirmed.
