I ordered a custom product consisting of 9 (nine) die cast toy battleship turrets from this company which manufactures replacement parts for antique toys. The amount of $504.50 was sent on Nov. 23rd 2011 to pay for these toy turrets, as agreed. After several attempts to obtain information and updates on progress for this order, the items still have not been received. We are now starting the 8th month of inaction. I have full record of the correspondences between me and this company in my Yahoo Mail email.

I have recently (7/18/2012) been in contact by telephone with the owner, Heinz, of this company. We are trying to work out the problem together. I hope it will be resolved satisfactorily in a couple of months. Thank you, Ron Whiteurs.
