I ordered and paid for 20 Blue large denim women hobo shoulder bags - deal was 20 at $12 each asking price was $16 each - i received 10 bags - messaged Silkmanor and emailed [email protected] - he advised me that it was his mistake and would send me the other 10 bags i had paid for - still waiting - does not answer my messages - so i paid $24 for bags he was asking $16 for - it is wrong that he can get away with this - will never use ioffer again.
