I took my wedding watch to Total Watch Repair to simply change a battery. (10800 West Pico Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90064 suite 202) They told me to come back in 15 mins and when I came back they said the battery was not dead but it has a problem with the movement. When I checked the watch the winding part was falling off. They told me it will take a week to fix and it will cost $150. They professed the watch was already broken. However, right before I took my watch to their shop I've already checked the winding part and it was working fine but the battery was dead for almost 3 months. The brand of my watch cannot be found in the US and it is only available in UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. I had to come back home with my broken watch which they purposely broke it. I have google'ed this company and read the review. I found out that there were other people had the same problem with this company. 15 mins to come back. $150 to fix. for a battery replacement. This was their typical trick to scam their own customers. I have my watch with missing part inside. This is really meaningful watch and I cannot believe how they broke this on purpose !
