I applied for a loan with Loangogo and after hearing that I had to pay a fee of £69.00 decided not to go ahead with it. Ten days later I am hit with the fee anyway. I have looked on their website regarding refunds and apparently you can apply in writing up to 14 days after the initial application, which leaves me 4 days to write the letter and hope someone reads it in time, which you know for sure, wont happen.
I did not give my consent for money to be taken from my bank account, this has been stolen from me and there doesn't seem to be much I can do about it. I burst into tears this morning in my bank when I realised what had been done to me. How on earth can people get away with this? It is burglary!!
