I had purchaced Microsoft office from Hp marketplace and they charged me twice. so, i need my refund for one of the oder [Personal Information Removed]. I called customer survices and they kept transfered me everywhere until they told me, i have to call back to the customer services. that amount of $106 is not easy to make so im not going to lose it
