Ordered cigerattes from usa-cigerattes.com paid rixin lin (china) through western union, tried to contact several times. I searched the web for complaints before ordering, didn't use scambook. Do not waste your time or money and never use western union to send money to some one you don't know. I hate to show my stupidity but thought this might help others.
