My bank account was charged $48.00 without my permission. I was not notified of the charge from DDBC. I did not receive any book nor did I order one. I sent in (by mail) the selection form DECLINING the featured book before the due date. By doing so I thought I had fullfilled my obligation. The bank took out the $48.00 and it overdrew my account, so I was charged $30.00 for an overdraft fee. I called DDBC and they said they did not receive any response from me. Which was a lie, they would not give my money back. After three months, my bank finally reversed charges but I am still out the $30.00 for a few more months. Don't give them your bank account number.
