I received a call from an AT&T retailer named Anne Huang in April. She told me that she was from AT&T sales department and that I could get a 28% discount on my monthly bill. She also mentioned that I could receive a new iPhone if I did not get new phones for my other two phone lines.However, ten days later, two of our three phone lines stopped working. I called AT&T to inform them of this dilemma, and they said that the reason was that I had already received two new phones. They told me that they had deactivated the old phones. Then I discovered that my address had been suspiciously changed to Pittsburgh, PA and that the new phones were shipped to Pittsburgh. I called AT&T to tell them my story, but my call was redirected several times, so I had to repeat my story about 20 times. Finally, my phone lines were restored, but AT&T charged me $200 to pay for the new phones that I never received. I then proceeded to call Anne Huang, who agreed to repay me $450 for the trouble. I never received the money. Again, I called AT&T, who told me that they were not responsible because Anne was not their retailer. AT&T told me to report this situation to the police.
