An identical situation to that filed by Cloiesy on 29/6. Inability to download any files after paying the initial small introductory period connection fee, then later being slugged a huge fee for nothing. I have been trying to contact Quamm.net after sending an initial complaint to their service department, but after receiving an automated response telling me my message would be dealt with, I now cannot even reach their website.

- Enrolled for trial period for $5.03 through Blitz downloads for music shown as available. After installing and registering Quamm as directed, was unable to find ANY of the songs I enrolled to get. "Instant Chat" with Support took me to support email; sent 3 requests in 3 days with no response. THEN got hit with another $70.76 in fees. WHAT A SCAM!

- A follow-up on my complaint above. I shouted "fraud" to my bank, and amazingly regained access to quamm.net website a few days later, where they'd left me a message telling me they'd refunded my money, which was taken "in error". And yes, it did reappear in my credit card account. So my advice is to shout as loudly as possible to eveyone you can. NB there are about 40 other complaints about this company on this site under a different title (can't remember, but I think you put in Metasave first, or alone). All pretty much identical to these stories here..

- Response to Turnip's post: I also attempted to have my bank enter as a fraudulent payment, but unfortunately this was posted through my debit card. My only option was to have my current debit card voided and have another reissued; however, since I have recurring payments to the current debit card, I could not do this. :(
