I charged my phone over night. on sunday morning i texted my husband and it didnt go through so i texted again. same problem. i got home and called from a land line and they were closed on the website they said they were open 7 days a week. so i figured since it was Fathers day i will wait til Monday. so i waited. i was on hold FOREVER like a hour or so waiting so i got mad and hung up i called back a hour later i was on hold for 20 minutes FINALLY got someone. but they got me mad because they said they "accidently" disconnected my number. when i finally got my phone up and running i had NO minutes so i made another complaint. i am very upset. then this sunday june 24,2012 they said i supposedly made a 9.00 and something picture message. i NEVER EVER did such a thing. i need a new phone because the one i have is not working properly. can i please get some help in regarding this. i am not the only one having problems with this company.

- i have been doing that and all i get is a run around from you guys. i dont understand every month something always seems to go wrong
