I purchased the ability to download WINZIP for my computer, and after I paid for it, i never got an authorization code, and everytime i tried to use winzip, it told me that i needed to pay for it. I have placed a dispute with my credit card company, and i see that a similar complaint was written up on your website. please see what you can do to settle this matter.
