Triple Lend Services from Jacksonville,FL illegaly obtained my information and put $300 on my account as a loan.I have never spoken to a representative of this company,never received any e-mails from them,never discussed the terms of loan and never signed any contract with them.
I tried to find their contact information on the very first day I saw the money in my bank account,but when I called them I was sent directly to voicemail and when I left a message they never called me back,I tried e-mailing them,but the e-mail address is invalid.They kept withdrawing $90 as the fee for the loan every 2 weeks from my bank account.I decided to close my bank account so they will be forced to contact me and resolve this matter,but instead of doing that they sold my information to one of the collection agencies and now I am being threatened with a lawsuit.
