Sign the form and just send $20.00 to Financial Acquisition Agency as a transfer fee in the provided return postage paid envelope. Upon receipt of the form the claim would be processed and my cash accounting rushed to me by bonded federal carrier. What is the transfer if the cash accounting is being rushed by federal carrier. The signature appears genuine, however the name is not typed on the signature line. The intent. fraud, to scam $20.00 under false pretense. Where is this account located.
