My wife signed up for a "temporary membership" in Dec. 2011 with FYE BSP in order to get some sort of discount on an item in a local store. She canceled it the next day , however FYE BSP continued to charge my CRedit Card $11.99 monthly. I tracked down their 800 # and asked them to stop charging me and to refund my money. The female foreign voice just tried to sell me more services! This is a SCAM!! She wouldn't refund my money and I,m not sure she will stop charging my account. I contacted my MasterCard provider and complained via email. I am waiting for a response. The membership I paid for and tried to cancel was worthless and a total scam.
