Comcast said we need to use these little black boxes on TVs because it breaks down the DIGITAL signal for our TVs. ( our TVs are NEW and digital ready !! )Every since they sent out these boxes my wife HAS NOT been able to watch a COMPLETE show because it turns to snow then a black screen then a message that says there is a problem with the equipment and for us to call Comcast. They resend the signal(?) and it is fine for about 2 days and we do this all over again. I want my money refunded for the TV service that we NEVER received from when they were sent out until they get it fixed !! They say because the boxes were FREE its not their problem and all they want to give me is $20 for some stupid excuse ! These people need to be put OUT OF BUSINESS !!! They charge for a service that we never received !!!!! They owe me for 4-5 months and all they want to give me is $20 !!! They also told me that for $109.99 They would provide TV,Internet & Phone. I ask her what else and she said that was all--$109.99. When I get my bill they charged extra for the modem,HD box & extra phone voice services. I thought for $16.95 extra I could get a HD DVR . So my bill went from $154.00 a month to supposedly $109.99 ( which turned out to be cheaper because of credits) and now it JUMP to $162.49 JUST by adding a HD DVR that was free shipping and free cost as I was to install it and cost me $16.95 a month.These people are stupid. They can only do one job and then they have to transfer you to someone else and on and on and on. If I could get the e-mail for Brian Roberts I would tell him why Comcast has the LOWEST customer satisfaction rate of ANY cable company !!!!
